Routine consultations on cats and dogs, we employ seven experienced and dedicated veterinarians, so a second opinion is always part of the package

Dental Care

Fully equipped with top of the range dental equipment and dental radiology for use in dogs, cats and also rabbits

Rabbit and Exotic Animal Consultations

We have two vets with an interest in treating rabbits, exotic's and reptiles

Hospitalisation and Medical Care

We have a modern and well-equipped hospital with separate cat, dog, exotic and isolation wards with nursing care to ensure a comfortable, calm and 'best care' stay for your special pet

Diagnostics Imaging

We offer our clients excellent diagnostic imaging services in order to come to an accurate diagnosis on your pet - Radiology, Ultrasound and Endoscopy

Microchipping

This is a permanent method of electronic identification. Lost pets are more likely to be reunited with their owners if they have been microchipped and registered on a database

In House Laboratory

To obtain efficient diagnostics and for your convenience, we run a full biochemistry and haematology panel in-house, along with more routine microscopy, faecal and urine analysis

Anaesthesia

We utilise the safest anaesthetics, and have four gas anesthetic machines in our practice as well as four trained nurses to monitor every minute of your pet's general anaesthetic

Nursing Care

We employ four full-time nurses and an animal health technician to ensure that your pets have constant and reliable care - in hospital and with every anaesthetic procedure

Full Range of Veterinary Diets

We stock a full range of prescription foods, and our retail shop - Planet Pets - offers a wide variety of approved diets for dogs, cats, rabbits, birds and exotics. We can also special order food on request

House Calls

We do offer house visits under special circumstances for existing clients. Please arrange in advance

Specialist Referral

We have an excellent relationship with referral practices and will timeously advise referral if your pet's condition is outside the scope of our abilities
